2021農曆新春連續七天假期,由於全球疫情未解除,人、錢全部鎖在島內消費,房市也開
出紅盤,賞屋客平均增加二至三成,從豪宅到小宅,買氣平均釋放。
海悅國際總經理王俊傑表示,今年農曆新年連假七天中,海悅全台75案,有一部分案場自
初三陸續開張營業,其中以新北市表現最旺,來人組數比往年激增二成;台北市則以中高
總價頂級客層居多,像大安區「敦南御所」每天都超過五組,另外潛銷新案的關注度也頗
高,總計北部案場在這三天成交約7億多元水準。
遠雄房地產公司總經理張麗蓉表示,遠雄自大年初三開始全面開張營業,全台總計案點共
有12處,累計來人量高達1,600組,成交金額10餘億元,其中76%集中在雙北市,為歷年
以來新春假期營業天數最短、營業案點最少,但來客最精準、單日成交額最高,創下新年
行銷新紀錄。
甲山林廣告總經理張境在表示,春節各案場來人共1,300組、成交逾18億元,比去年雙雙
成長30%,從小宅到大戶豪宅表現平均。主要是中南部天氣不錯、台股攻上高點,加上利
低環境、工資和營建成本推升,「台灣錢已淹胸部!」今年房價有微揚趨勢。
新聯陽實業副董事長林徹人表示,「初三一開張,客戶就暴量!」台北市信義區豪宅「玥
隱信義」一戶總價要3億多元,就成交5戶,「潤泰敦峰」則成交兩戶。

應該是淹到喉嚨了吧
今天建築類股也是幾乎全面漲
只是漲幅沒有很明顯
